The SVN/JC French Associates Inc. team has over 45 years of combined commercial real estate leasing and brokerage experience. Joseph C. French, with 20+ years experience, heads the team. Directly assisting Mr. French is Thomas C. Dalzell with 15+ years experience, Ms. Jodi Tomany who has worked in a key support role in retail investments for 8+ years, and Neil B. Golub who joined us in 2005 and had approximately 2+ years experience in research and sales with the CoStar Group.

Joseph C. French, Jr., CCIM
National Director, Retail
- Education:
- French graduated from Southern Illinois University. He is also a member of ICSC, the Real Estate Board of New York, Inc., Afro American Real Estate Professionals and holds a Real Estate Diploma from New York University and a CCIM designation.
- Experience:
- Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Joe French served as Senior Vice President of Investment Sales for The Hutensky Group. He also has been an integral part of real estate firms such as Landau & Heyman, Brandenberg Realty and C.S. Brown Associates.

- Mr. Golub graduated from the University of Maryland with a double major in finance and marketing. He is an active member of ICSC and is currently pursuing a CCIM designation and has taken real estate coursework at New York University.

Henry Moore

- Education:
- Moore is a member of the Tri-State Commercial Realtors and is a CCIM candidate. He received his bachelor’s degree in pre-law and international business from Georgia Southern University.
- Experience:
- Moore has more than 10 years of experience in investing, buying and selling. Prior to joining SVN, Moore served as Commercial Director for Century 21- Premier Properties. While there, he handled nationwide marketing and market analysis.
